ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT HEARING SEPTEMBER 20, 2022

A public hearing will be held at 6 PM, September 20, 2022 at the Lisbon NH Railroad Station located at 25 Central Street, Lisbon, NH regarding:   An application by Robert Ashman for a Variance from Zoning Ordinance concerning Article 5, Section .08 to the required setbacks from the street and buildings.  The variance would be for the construction of a new building along Stallion Hill.  The project is proposed for Tax Map U06 Lot 13 which is located at 117 Pine Knoll Terrace.

The applications and submitted information regarding the proposal may be reviewed at the Town Office prior to the meeting date.   You are invited to appear in person or by agent or counsel and state reasons why the request should or should not be granted.
