Selectmen’s Meeting Minutes

JN opened the meeting at 4:30 PM
Bills and manifests were approved
BOARD OF SELECTMEN:
The Board signed the warrant for the water/wastewater bills.
The following were noted:
· RP distributed the 2011 Budget worksheets to the department heads.
· Grafton County estimates an increase of 8% due to reduced revenues.
· The court has ruled in the county’s favor that the new jail could proceed.
· Auditors from Polodzik and Sanderson will be in Lisbon on April 27, 28 and 29th.
· Landaff bridgework repair has begun with temporary traffic lights installed.
· An air pollution permit has been submitted by HG Wood in Bath to the DES (Department of Environmental Services) for a wood-fired boiler.
· The Presby performance bond was discussed. The Board requested RP to contact Mr. Presby regarding Canelas Drive to see if he will either finish the road per the bond or sign a release to the town.
The Board discussed mowing of town properties. It was decided to stay with the same person the town used last year.
RAR moved to enter non-public session per RSA 91-A:3 II (c) for the purpose of discussing a Buffington Fund application, taking BM with them. JN 2nd. So voted all.
JN moved to seal the minutes of the non-public session. RAR 2nd, so voted all.
JN made a motion to adjourn, MC 2nd, so voted all.
Meeting adjourned at 6:30 pm.
