7 PM Meeting Opened
Selectmen Present: R. Pride, J. Hite, and J. Northrop
Guy Scaife, Town Administrator, was away on personal business but did participate for a portion of the meeting via conference call.
Bills, minutes, and manifest approved for the week.
Public Input - Bill Calendar gave report on a survey from the Historical Society

Bill proposed continuing a joint society and renaming it to Landaff, Lisbon, and Lyman Historical Region and for Andrea Fitzgerald to be the Chairperson.
Ben Hoyt Jr. of the Lisbon Fire Department delivered contact information for the Norton Heights Fire Department in Connecticut and requested that the BOS send a letter of thanks for the donation of the 1968 Mac Tanker truck. JH suggested that the Fire Department add a note of recognition to the Town lettering on the truck.
Kevin Clement presented the Monthly Highway Department Report.
· There has been no damage to Oregon Road so it is OK to release the road bond to Clint Clough Construction.
· Currently grinding on Mt. Eustis road. Walker Hill Road is scheduled for Monday and Tuesday of next week. Paving is scheduled to begin June 15th.
· Paving at the recycling center is also scheduled for mid June. Approximate cost is $1300.
· On may 25th, the Highway crew goes to Gunstock for a “Mountain of Demonstration” conference.
· Touch up paint and anti- rust treatment has been applied to the snowplows and trucks.
· KC ask BOS to contact the state to sweep Main Street in advance of Lilac Festival and to coordinate with the Lisbon Highway department. RP took the action item to ask Ray Burton for assistance.
· Enquired about residential construction on Class VI roads. JN and RP noted that the BOS sign a formal agreement with each landowner stating that the Town Policy is that the residents are responsible for road maintenance. This agreement is processed prior to building permits are issued.
RP moved and JN 2nd to enter non-public session per RSA 91-A:3, II(c) to interview candidate for the Highway department position taking K. Clement with them. So voted by roll call.

JN moved to seal the minutes of the non-public session and JH 2nd. So voted all.
Guy Scaife joined by telecom to present the Town Administrator weekly report:
· Will be back in the office Wednesday morning.
· Working with Jeff Gould on possible boundary line adjustment of Town property and 10 School Street property, assuming Jeff completes the purchase. RP requested GS to contact LGC for guidance.
· Reviewed and compared quotes for PC’s from Dell and Gateway. Price is comparable, however, Gateway provides a 3-year warranty. GS recommends the Gateway. PO to be issued later in the week.
· GS will not be attending the Public Health Emergency meeting on Wednesday at 3 PM or the Pandemic Flu Video conference briefing Wednesday at 8 AM. Regan Pride will attend both.
RP moved and JN 2nd to enter non-public session per RSA 91-A:3, II(c) to review Buffington Fund applications. So voted by roll call.
