Bills and manifest for the week were approved.
JN reported the railroad station project appears to be proceeding well and the overhead door has been removed on the west end of the building.
RP reported the data on the DPW computer has been successfully retrieved. RP has put a copy of the data on the server in the Town office as a back up.
JH requested an update on the back up procedures to be discussed at the 7/11/05 meeting.
JH moved and JN 2nd to cancel the regular Board meeting for next Monday 7/4/05 and meet again on 7/11/05 unless needed.
Review of administrator’s written report: K. Clement to be scheduled for the 7/11/05 meeting to discuss Wallie Berry’s requests. RP will plan to attend the new fire station committee meeting on 6/28/05. JH and JN are not available for that meeting. Regarding the railroad station RP commented the second floor should have a load rating and the Board concurred that the extra money should not be spent to allow the second floor to be used as space other than storage. The sale bids for the old highway 1 ton are due on 7/11/05. Board acknowledged KC’s report on the removal of a culvert on Kathy Rae Drive that was done at the request of the property owners on Kathy Rae Drive.
2004 property tax abatement decisions were made on applications from Presby Settlers Trust and Wm. Presby.
JH moved and JN 2nd to move to non-public session per RSA 91-A: 3 II (a) to discuss a personnel matter. So voted all.

No action taken during the non-public session.

Decisions were made on three Buffington Fund applications. JH moved and JN 2nd to seal the minutes of the non-public session. So voted all.
