Selectmen’s Meeting Minutes

5:00 pm Meeting Opened.
Selectmen Present: R. Pride, J. Hite J. Northrop.

K. Clement introduced Charlie Hampson to the Board members who did not know him and requested a discussion in non-public session regarding Charlie accepting a position with the highway department. JH moved and JN 2nd to move to non-public session pre RSA 91-A:3II (b). So voted all.
RESUMED PUBLIC SESSION
AJH moved and JN 2nd to hire Charlie Hampson as a full time public works employee for the Town and the terms and rates agreed to in non-public session. So voted all.
CH and KC left the meeting at 6:00 pm.
Bills and manifest approved for the week.
Adjourned at 6:15 pm
