On Wednesday, February 18, 2009 at 6:00 pm at the Lisbon Town Hall the Lisbon Zoning Board of Adjustment shall hold a public hearing concerning the rehearing of the Special Exception application granted to Applicant Mark W. Champagne, concerning Article V Section 5.07.2 (commercial removal of soil of any type) for the property located at Mt. Eustis Road, Lots R32-26 and R49-001 which constitutes approximately 181 acres.
All interested parties shall deliver any written documentation/exhibits to include but not limited to: maps, petitions, written memorandum or any other written/electronic material to the Lisbon Zoning Board of Adjustment, via Town Office no later than Wednesday, February 11, 2009 by 4:00 pm for the Board’s review at the February 18, 2009 hearing. The Board shall not accept any written material/exhibits beyond the February 11, 2009 date for its consideration at the February 18, 2009 hearing date. The Board will, however, allow all previous documents received by the Board, after October 27, 2008 deadline given for the first hearing to be included as part of the Board’s Record for consideration at the rehearing.
