Tuesday – November 20, 2007
7:00 pm Lisbon Town Hall
1. PUBLIC HEARING: Sean Booker regarding a minor subdivision creating 2 lots from lot R14-001A located at 187 Nihan Rd., containing approximately 8.7 acres.
2. PUBLIC HEARING: Mark Champagne: Official notification for an excavation permit related to lots R32 – 026 and R49 – 001 located on Mt. Eustis Road containing approximately 181 acres.
3. Any other business that may legally come before this meeting.
Please note that the November 20th Hearing date is on a Tuesday and not Wednesday which is the Planning Board’s ordinary monthly meeting night. The switch in days was done for the convenience of the Public since Wednesday is the day before Thanksgiving. The December meeting will be back on it’s normal 3rd Wednesday of the month.
All interested parties, and/or agents for, are invited to attend this hearing in person or by letter with comments relative to this matter.
