Dear Parents:
After two very good summers, last year's numbers were a disappointment and we didn't cover costs. We will not be able to offer our program unless we average 25 children per week throughout the whole nine weeks. Our rates for this year are $50/week regular hours (8am to 3pm) and $60/week extended hours (7am to 5pm). In an effort to improve participation, we will be offering a special discount. If you sign up and pay in advance for a minimum of 6 weeks, the cost will be $45/week and $55/week for extended hours. You will receive the discount if you pay 1/2 of the monies by the last sign-up date and the other 1/2 by the start of the program.
We will be doing our sign-ups early this year and the first being Saturday April 19th from 9am to 11am at the Town hall. Also, Saturdays May 3rd and May 10th from 9am to 11am at the community field. The very last day for sign-up and the discounted rate will be Friday May 23rd from 3:30pm to 5:30pm at the community field. It's critical that you sign-up by May 23rd , as the following week we will review our numbers and determine if we will be able to offer the program.

We are looking for any suggestions you might have for the program this year that perhaps hasn't been offered in the past. We do the best we can with the money and supplies we have however we are willing to try new ideas. When mailing paperwork back, write some of your ideas and we will be happy to look them over.
